Shipping Areas

Currently, we can only ship products to the continental United States. Subsequent adjustments will be announced on the website.We apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customers.

What are the shipment methods?

USPS First-Class Shipping: Free for all orders. 

Estimated transit time after shipment: 3-10 business days.

Note: Shipping time is calculated from the moment the goods are shipped.

Once your product has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your order.

If you have not received your product for more than 60 natural days after we process your order, please contact us by sending an email to service@foleyfilter.com and we will provide you with a refund or reship and reimburse you with a $3 coupon.

Order Processing

Handling time: 1-2 business days. Our order cutoff time is 17:00 (MST), Monday – Friday. On Friday, orders after 17:00 (MST) will be processed and shipped next Monday. (holiday extension).

If the order takes too long to process (more than 10 business days without special note), you have two options: we will issue a direct refund or arrange delivery as soon as possible and reimburse you with a $3 coupon.

Parcel Signature

For security purposes, all Foleyfilter deliveries require a signature. You will receive a notification via text or email on the day of delivery, and please prepare to receive the goods in advance.

Parcel Redirect

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be available to sign and receive your order. If you wish to turn in your parcel, please get in touch with the courier company with your order directly.

Parcel Rejection

If you reject the package, it will be returned to our distribution center, and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sales Tax

All taxes and fees are borne by the seller, and consumers are not responsible for any taxes and fees.

Please contact customer service for order information after delivery.

Shipping Takes Too Long

Please confirm your delivery address when purchasing the product. If the delivery information is incorrect, please be responsible for it yourself. If the receiving information is correct and you have yet to receive the product more than 30 days after delivery, you can choose to have a refund, or we re-deliver it to you and compensate you with a $5 coupon.

Loss of Goods

We are not responsible for products lost in transit, but we can help you contact the logistics company. You can contact us first to inform us of the problem you have encountered, and we will arrange for someone to help you with your inquiry.
